Your client opens the link — no account, no login, nothing to install. You see what they opened, how long they spent, and what they skipped.
They sign in the same link and pay the invoice in the same link. When it goes quiet, EverBird writes and sends the follow-up instead of you.

Accounts and signing in
Sending documents needs a workspace, which you create with an email address or with Sign in with Google. EverBird.ai uses your Google account only to create and sign you into that workspace.
The people you send documents to never need an account of any kind — they open the link, read, sign and pay. What we store and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Everbird spots who’s stalling, decides when to follow up, and writes the message that closes the deal — automated client follow up software with one link for all client documents.
